We accept all types of files, including sketches and video briefings. The only rule here is that if you want us to strictly follow your drawings, you need to send them. Ideally, we prefer to work with the following materials:

• For plans and drawings – CAD format, pdf or any other vector format.
• If you have a ready 3D model of an object that needs further processing– with any format you have: 3ds max, obj, dwg, Maya, 3dm or any working editable file.
• To show how the object looks, please include links to the website or photos of the product in any format you have.
• Images of sketches you've drawn.
• Examples you like.

On average, a simple model with no rendering and no animation takes 24hours. The exact time, however, depends on many factors – render quality required, model complexity, animation. We provide a turnaround estimate with each quote.

An STL file is a 3D printable file that is a mesh - which is uneditable. An editable file, like a Rhino 3dm file is editable and can be more easily changed. This is why 3dm files are more expensive - it gives you more control to edit to your liking without having to begin a model from the curves up.
